I had the pleasant opportunity to work closely with Mr. Richard for one year during his two year employment at National Metals.
Richard occupied the desk next to my cabin, and we collaborated on several projects together. I am pleased to say that Richard is an excellent team player, a sincere and hardworking individual, and an ideal coworker.
Richard always did more than his share of the work on the projects he was assigned. He often took the initiative to get things started and picked up new tasks efficiently. I was glad to work with him, since the management always praised the assignments we worked together. Richard was nice to everybody at the office, and just about everyone seemed to like him.
I highly recommend Richard for whatever position he may decide to take up next. He is the type of employee that anyone would be happy to work with. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
